In short: A concierge house call feels less like a medical appointment and more like a thoughtful conversation with a doctor who happens to have a full bag of clinical tools.
Booking the visit
Before the visit: You call, text, or book online. Our team gathers a brief history, confirms the address, and gives you a realistic arrival window — usually within a few hours, often sooner.
What happens when the doctor arrives
When the doctor arrives: They sit down with you. No clipboard rush, no 7-minute timer. You'll talk through symptoms, history, medications, and goals. The exam happens wherever you're most comfortable — kitchen table, bedroom, hotel suite.
Testing and treatment done on site
What they can do on-site: vital signs and full physical exam, rapid strep, flu, COVID, and UTI tests, EKG, pulse oximetry, blood draws sent to a major lab, IV fluids and injectable medications, wound care and suturing, ear cleaning, and prescriptions sent electronically to your pharmacy.
Prescriptions and pharmacy delivery
Most medications are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy before the doctor leaves. In some markets, we can also coordinate same-day delivery of common prescriptions so you do not have to leave home to start treatment.
Follow-up and visit notes
After the visit: You receive a written visit summary, lab results as they return, and a direct line to your physician for follow-up questions. If specialty care is needed, we coordinate the referral.
Most visits run 45 to 60 minutes. You'll never feel rushed, and you'll never sit in a waiting room. That's the entire point. Ready to try it? Call 1-888-933-3305.
